Le Tombeau de Ravel

pour piano à quatre mains

(édition scientifique)

For four-hands piano and of a duration of 15’, Le Tombeau de Ravel is a commission from the Festival of Montfort- L’Amaury, for the celebration of Maurice Ravel’s birth centenary on 23-25 May 1975.

Olivier Greif and Henri Barda were its first-ever interpreters on May 24th at the Centre des loisirs. Under the supervision of Siao Ping Fan, a fellow student of Olivier Greif at the Conservatoire de Paris, the sequence “Ravel and today’s composers” gathered Le Tombeau de Ravel by Olivier Greif and Un paysage serein, Cloches d’Orient by Alain Kremski.
